The International cooperation department of the Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS;

• taking care of foreign patients

The International cooperation department coordinates visits and stays of patients coming to the Clinic for diagnostics, surgeries and rehabilitation from other countries.

We coordinate patient arrivals to Kajetany starting from determining the type of health problem (nose, ear, throat) and directing to the appropriate specialist in a given field, by planning all necessary visits and examinations. We assist in completing the formalities related to the patient’s stay in Poland, as well as people accompanying them. Before the patient arrives, we consult with the doctors a given case, based on the tests sent to us.

During the stay at the Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS in Kajetany, every foreign patient receives our full language support in various situations, whenever they need such help. We assist patients during visits and examinations, we explain what kind of preparation is required before performing a specific examination. At the request of patients, we translate some of the test results and medical recommendations.

• clinical and scientific cooperation with international institutions

The Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS systematically develops clinical and scientific cooperation with Asian, Eastern European and African countries. Screening tests have been conducted among hundreds of primary school children in Ukraine, Romania, Russia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Congo, Tanzania, Senegal and Rwanda.

Numerous publications about the Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS regularly appear magazines in Russian and English and on medical and healthcare websites.

The International cooperation team promotes Medincus services at numerous fairs and exhibitions, presenting medical offer and assistance in organizing arrival and stay in Poland.

The Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS has been cooperating with the medical tourism sector in Eastern Europe and Asia for years. Patients from abroad are attracted by high quality of our medical services, a wide range of therapeutic procedures, staff professionalism and extensive experience.

8 MEDINCUS Centers abroad

The Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS develops its activity on foreign markets. To be closer to our patients, we have opened ENT centers in Ukraine – Odessa, Lutsk and Kyiv, in Kyrgyzstan – Bishkek and Osh, in Belarus – Brest, in Senegal – Dakar, in Kazakhstan – Shymkent.

Doctors and specialists from foreign branches regularly take part in trainings not only at the Center’s headquarters in Kajetany, but also improve their skills during many international conferences, conventions and workshops.
