HOSPITALIZATION IN THE CLINIC
  1. Medical consultation on the day of the treatment in the clinic.

On the day of the hospitalization in the in-patient department, the general somatic state of the patient should be satisfactory. At the time of admission, the doctor examines the patient in order to confirm the indications for surgery. The doctor informs about the treatment methods and any risks associated with the operation. The doctor informs the patient/parents/guardians about the type of the operation and the period of hospitalization. After consultation and signing the consent to the operation, the patient is taken to a hospital room.

The patient is informed about the rules and conditions of hospital stay and the preoperative and postoperative period. The patient is in the hospital room until he is invited to the operating theatre.

  1. Pre-operative anesthesia consultation

Before the planned operation, all medical documentation is carefully analysed by the anesthetist, after which, on the basis of test results, medical certificates and a questionnaire filled out by the patient, the anesthetist makes a decision about anesthesia. In case of any doubts, the anesthetist conducts an individual consultation with the patient.
