Medical Recorder

Requirements:

• good computer skills,
• minimum higher education,
• resistance to stress,
• patient-orientation, high culture, empathy,
• highly developed interpersonal competences,
• experience in customer service,
• knowledge of English/Russian is welcome.

Job description:

• telephone service for the patients of the Medincus Group,
• providing information about the hospital services offered and the price list,
• maintaining a high standard of patient service,
• building relationships with patients, and taking care of the company’s image,
• cooperation with other departments of the company,
• 8-hour work shift (7.00 – 18.00).

• specialized education – last year students/graduates of audiophonology, hearing prosthetics or related fields of study, as well as professional courses in the field of hearing prosthetics, extramural students of supplementary master’s studies,
• courses in the field of objective hearing tests are an additional advantage,
• experience in working as a hearing care professional is welcome,
• computer skills (MS Office package),
• motivation to work as well as personal and professional development,
• diligence and responsibility.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the Russian language is welcome,

• professional experience in a similar position is welcome, but not necessary.

Job description:

• service care for patients using hearing implants,
• testing devices after repairs,
• keeping service documentation,
• maintaining ongoing contacts with the service departments of manufacturers,
• providing the highest quality maintenance services,
• handling correspondence with patients by electronic and traditional means,
• conducting remote services for speech processors,
• supervision over the stocks of external warehouses in outlets,
• supervision of patient databases.
