The Center of Hearing and Speech Medincus in Radom began its activities in December 2015. The Center is located in the very middle of the city of Radom. About 6,000 patients use the services of the Center annually.

Center Equipment

• a fully equipped ENT machine with a video-otoscope, video-fiberscope, video-endoscope, video-microscope and video-stroboscope,
• an audiometry booth and equipment for comprehensive hearing examinations, including objective tests,
• equipment for screening newborn babies,
• modern software and equipment for the installation of hearing aids,
• an inhaler for the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract,
• a specialized room for the rehabilitation of hearing, voice and speech,
• specialized equipment for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of Central Auditory Processing Disorders,
• a special device for remote configuration of speech processors.

The Center is constantly expanding its capabilities. Since February 2017, the Center has launched services such as physiotherapy, remedial gymnastics, therapeutic, and relaxing massages.

The Center of Hearing and Speech Medincus in Radom organizes health-improving and rehabilitation camps for children. In 2017, nineteen young patients visited the International Rehabilitation Center in Łeba. Therapeutic sessions were organized for the rehabilitation of CAPD for children.

In September 2017, the Center of Hearing and Speech Medincus in Radom was awarded the title of the Leader of the Region at the annual competition organized by the publishing house “Echo of the Day”.
